Our latest
COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT
is
knitting or crocheting
hats
for
our
overseas troops.
Do you have any leftover worsted weight yarns....and in any color?
OPERATION SHOEBOX
has informed us
that they
are looking for
hats knitted
on the "wild side"
since the troops
will be wearing them
to bed, and not while on the job
and
when the injured are being
transported home
since the planes are quite cold.
So if you can, please help us out.
Click onto the link below to get the pattern.
The knit pattern cast on amount is incorrect....it shoud say 74 stitches, not 73.
